I am unable to log completion of eagle palms earned at the time of Eagle. It use to be that as long as I entered the completion date as the date of the council approved BOR date it would be ok, however that is no longer the case in both Scoutbook and Scoutbook plus
We have not heard of an issue with palms earned with Eagle. You must use the same date as the completion date for Eagle and Eagle must be approved.
There is a known issue with palms earned after Eagle. Watch the change log for an announcement of the fix.
I know how to enter it. I am using the Eagle BOR date. It is not working how it use to a few months ago last time I had an Eagle. I got the first palm approved but it won’t let me approve others and says “ Palms must be earned in order. This palm cannot be earned before the last palm is earned.”
That is the known issue. You are the first to report it is happening with Eagle.
Palm pins are not restricted so you can purchase them without being on the advancement report then record them after the fix is released.

I am having this issue as well. Eagle was approved for a scout and shows up in Scoutbook. I was able to approve the first eagle palm, but the system is telling me I can’t approve more out of order. I’m not trying to approve them out of order. Currently trying to approve #2 of 3.

Looks like this was fixed today. I was just able to log the eagle palms for the scout account I had been having this issue with.
