I am trying to add the Eagle palm #4 (bronze) in Scoutbook Plus. Under requirement 3, it shows that he has 42 of the 41 required merit badges but it won’t let me complete anything. In Scoutbook last week, everything was showing up fine. If I try to just complete the award, it gives me an error message. I tried it previously and got other error messages but wasn’t able to capture it. My first thought was time requirement as he is earning the Eagle Palm #3 (silver) also, but didn’t see anything in the requirements. I tried doing this as a parent and as an advancement chair/admin role and got issues both times. Any ideas? I am trying to get this done prior to the Court of Honor. I tried looking through some of the other threads and they were a little different. Thank you!
