Eagle scout palms not calculating correctly

I have a scout (BSA ID 12714724) who earned her Eagle in March 2022. Scoutbook is trying to award her a gold palm but she has only earned 30 merit badges, she did not have to do Citizenship in Society.

I see this is a known issue; is it possible to have her switched over to the 2016 version so her palms calculate correctly?

if she is on 2022 Eagle yes it needs to switch to 2016 - council can send in a ticket for it

Thank you. Council tells me they are unable to do this, are there any other suggestions?
