I have 3 scouts who just had their scoutmaster conference and are submitting their Eagle applications for review.

I am trying to update their Eagle palms in Scoutbook plus (specifically Eagle Palm Pin #1 Bronze)

But, I receive this error message

Error: HTTP Get on resource

http://coreapipd.netbsa.org:443/api/advancements/users/1968124/awards/90 failed (not found 404)

Is this because they cannot get the Eagle Palm Pin #1 Bronze until after they have been awarded their Eagle rank? Or, is this a Scout book Plus error?

Eagle palms can’t be completed until after Eagle is approved.
