We have an Eagle Scout (MID129636562) whose Eagle Rank is not showing as Approved, and it is not showing in his person profile even though he has already received his certificate. Council is unable to edit in Registrar tools. Is this something you (or the developers) can help with or is it a Member Care Ticket? Thanks
Here is the timeline the Eagle Processor provided.
July 17, 2025 – Eagle Board of Review
July 21, 2025 – Submitted to National (online)
August 15, 2025 – Certificate available to be picked up
I see the Eagle rank in Akela, the person database meaning it was processed by the Council. I have requested an advancement sync back to Scoutbook. Check Scoutbook after 4:00 PM Central today. If it still isn’t there, check tomorrow morning as syncs sometimes do not complete during the afternoon process and need to wait until overnight.
If it still is not there, your Council will need to open a ticket with Scouting America Member Care.
