Have issue awarding Palms in Scoutbook. It worked in Feb of this year. However, just had a recent Scout achieve Eagle and it will not let me award him the PALMS - says he has to have 3 months since last PALM. I did use the date of the EBOR…
after earning each palm you must wait 3 months since the last palm was earned and must do the other reqs. as well
can you give more details? does the Scout already have palms?
No–these are the PALMS he earned when achieved Eagle rank…I think I see the issue…the Eagle Date is incorrect–going to contact Council about getting it corrected…
