Email entered in my.scouting not syncing with Scoutbook

A parent in our Troop is struggling because her email is listed under both her and her husband on Scoutbook. When they try to change the email, they are sent to my.scouting to change the email in the profile there, but the email showing up in my.scouting is the correct one.

We are unclear what we are doing wrong. Can you help?

This should be fixed.

In the future, tell them to click save anyway. That will force an update in all systems.
