How to delete incorrect email address

I had a parent provide the wrong email address when signing up their scout. We have since corrected the email but the emails we are sending out through scoutbook are still going to the incorrect email/ person who is not involved in scouting. How can I delete that email? They have emailed me saying they have unsubscribed to the emails/ notices but are still receiving them.

Can you assist me with a parent email that is incorrectly loaded? I tried to fix in in Scoutbook and it then says another user has the email.
