Email not being received

I have attached 2 pictures. 1 shows a leader with a Comcast email address. Yet when you go to edit profile the profile edit page shows the correct email. The Gmail address is correct. Comcast needs to be deleted. Any thoughts?

She is not getting any emails right now. I have verified that her email is correct and she received and replied to me via Google directly but sent via scoutbook she is not getting anything. I think it is getting hung from the Comcast email that needs to be erased

@BenjaminWard this is fixed - you have to make a change to force the data to change

Not understanding. I did when I changed her email to the Gmail one.
