Email problem

so its been several months since the last time I tried to get this fixed
Scouting forums is still using an email I am trying to phase out of

Scoutbook has the correct one
My.scouting.org has the correct email

and tbh after today I will no longer have access to that email address so its time to figure out why it wont shift

Problem changing my scoutbook email

so I am trying to change my email and for whatever reason Soutbook is not allowing me to [greyed%20out] this is what happens when I hit the “Next button” [error] went into myscouting and changed tit there but it didnt update to scoutbook so apparently the hjeader of the email change page is wrong its not so easy to change an email address

some of the issues in that thread were resolved but the overall problem remains unchanged

also have been through the email chain to try to fix this once before only to get nowhere
