Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
Is it possible to see what emails have been sent via Scoutbook? With the BCC function it isn’t clear if an email has gone to select unit members/parents or the whole group. It would be nice to be able to see this…as I have a parent saying they didn’t get a message, but (we think) the email was sent to everyone.
Scoutbook does not keep a copy or log of e-mails sent. If you want to retain a copy, you need to select yourself on the To list. If you use the Feature Assistant Extension for Chrome and Firefox, this is done automatically.
As another plug for the Extension, it can (or at least could) automatically include a list of everyone to whom the email was sent in the body of the message in bcc mode. That way, you know who it went to and the emails are still obfuscated.
