Email says to renew daughters membership but link says "You are not allowed to proceed with the renewal"

i got the renewal email. and clicked the link in the email and got the message “You are not allowed to proceed with the renewal”

i found other threads saying to contact the council. on labor day weekend, it will be difficult

can someone help?

@MohamedArafa talk to council - they have your daughter also as your son - that might be causing a conflict
