Unable to renew our scout

I keep getting renewal emails for our scout (Member ID: 137254971), but when I click on the “click here to directly renew” it redirects me to a page that starts to open, then is replaced with a page that shows “You are not allowed to proceed with the renewal”.

In SB+ both my wife and I are listed as parents for him (12431143 and 118502685) and it shows me as having “full control”, but searching my account on myscouting.org to find a renewal option for him, he is not listed anywhere.

I looked at the Sam Houston Council page and there are no contacts listed for a registrar…or anything membership related. Where do I go to get this corrected so we can renew his membership?

@DonaldHalter only you are parent - BUT it is under your Other MID - go to my.scouting.org > manage Member ID > switch the other to Primary > log out - back in and renew your scout - then change the Primary MID back. Then call council and ask for registrar to sort out the parents so they work better for you

Hah, yeah, we had all sorts of issues when we moved from a different council way back. I ended up with a second ID and my wife had three somehow. We had to get council to straighten everything out a couple years back. Sounds like there’s still some oddities! Thanks for your help.
