So, I just created my first event in IA. Our parents typically need MULTIPLE event reminders and still many fail to RSVP. When I went to create an event IA limits you to 3 reminders!! Is this going to be changed? We need way more than 3
You will be able to add an additional reminder after the first is sent. The limit is 3 scheduled reminders at a time, not per event. Send ASAP does not count against the limit.
In our experience, too many reminders causes parents to ignore them. 3 scheduled is typically sufficient. 30 days before, 7 days before and 2 days before.
