I have an ASM who wants to send a message to the whole troop, but he apparently can’t, because he’s not a troop admin.
I don’t recall having this problem when I was an ASM (and popcorn kernel). What’s going wrong here?
Make sure the ASM is connected to all the Scouts. He should then be able to e-mail the entire troop.
That seems to be the problem. How do I fix that? Do I have to go into the connections for every Scout?
Go to Unit Roster → Connections Manager, click on the ASM’s name then select at least View Profile. This will set that connection type for all Scouts.
