I sat down with my ASM’s son, and watched him log in to SB. He was invited by his father, and his Scout account is active. I still cannot see him under the Scout list when I try to send a message.
I’ve tried this with and without the ‘features’ extension. Not sure what else I can try…
Can you send an email to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with your and the scout’s info including name and BSA member number? Then, post the ticket number back here. It will appear in the subject line of an automated response and begins with SSD.
