I am the advancement coordinator trying to enter a completed merit badge for a scout using the updated scout book plus. When the roster is brought up and I go through the steps, I cannot choose a specific scout because he is listed under “opt out” on the bottom of the roster and I cannot check the box next to his name. This scout is current within our troop.
@MichelleDoucette1 - what is the membership expiration date as it would seem that someone opted them out of renewal
Opted out when the Scout Family or a Leader opted them out - so they are inactive. I think Key3 can reverse it in SB+ or my.scouting.org - otherwise council can help.
