My son recently completed all the requirements for Public Health MB with Epic Merit Badges (https://epicbadges.com/). Its been several weeks but we have not heard anything back to get the completion / blue card. I have called and emailed Epic Badges several times but there is no response. Anyone having similar experience ? Any thoughts on how this can be resolved ?
