Error 'account doesn't exist'

Hi. I have an adult leader trying to complete his YPT and has been unable to access his account. His info is BSA ID 132191614. Is his account locked or changed somehow?

He should be logging in with the ID that is his firstname followed by his lastname.

The account is locked. Contact your council office for assistance.
