Error adding MB Counselor

I am UAC and have Key 3 designation.

I was able to find the counselor I was looking for to add as Counselor to a scout for Hiking MB. When I try to add her:

I have found that she is no longer on the list of MB counselors in MYST.

Her SYT shows expiration of 5/31/2027, so she updated her SYT.

I am wondering if a bunch of people got kicked off the list again? I’m honestly so tired of how this happens over and over again and my council’s inability to have a viable system to reinstate.

@AngelaKoch - I am not sure what anyone on the forums can do about someone being removed as an mbc

@AngelaKoch possible the MBC’s registration is expired.
