I am getting the following error message when attempting to renew my membership.
Error Code: The following ids are already used in BSA Orders - fkPersonPositionId(s): 163922477,163926436,163926440,163926455, Message: Conflict
I’m on a Windows 10 machine running Brave browser. My Member ID is 13457599.
How do I resolve this and renew?
@JohnRennpferd this is a ask Council Issue I think - I would first guess they were all MIDs for your family
Is that like a foreign key or surrogate key? This was my renewal; I hold several positions at the pack, district, and council level. Is the system trying to renew me multiple times or something?
All renewals are supposed to happen at one time - talk to council

I just returned from the council office (Three Harbors #636). I spoke with the registrar and she stated that the only ID that council can see for me is 13457599. I showed the registrar the error message and she said that is something that she can’t resolve as she can only see what council has for me, and asked me to come back to this.
@JohnRennpferd she needs to send in a National Membercare ticket on it - there is no resolution here

There are no other IDs for you in the BSA person database. The numbers in your error message are not valid member IDs. The only way to get this resolved is for your council to open a member care ticket.

National replied back (through my council registrar) that I need to withdraw the renewals other than my primay/paid renewal; then submit my other renewals. That was Friday, and so far I cannot submit any other renewals. I am currently hoping that my membership processes and then something changes that allows me to renew my multiples.
Status update for knowledge base: Withdrawing all of my dual/multiple positions did allow me to renew my primary registration (sort of). On my end my primary position shows a renewal status of “Complete” in green in my.scouting.org; however, my registrar cannot see the renewal, national can’t seem to see the renewal, and now I do not have access to renew my multiples.
The last thing that was requested is that the registrar asked me (for national) for a screenshot of my bank statement, the confirmation of payment email, and a screenshot of what I see in my.scouuting.org
I have been told I can renew online. I am in a similar situation - multiple positions. However, after hearing everything you have had to go through, I’m just going to fill out the application and submit payment at the council office like I have every prior year.

Well, just one other data point. I am COR of 3 units, MBC, District Membership Committee Member, and Assistant District Commissioner / Roundtable Commissioner. On-line was very straightforward. I am not saying others are not having issues, just saying that it shouldn’t scare everyone with multiple positions away.
Hopefully we’re the exception and you’re the rule.

I received word today from my council registrar that everything has been corrected. I am still seeing errors but it might be that my multiples have to be manually entered by the registrar. I am hoping that everything sorts before the weekend.
