Error entering Youth leadership position after 18 birthday

Hello,

I need your help. I am trying to enter a youths leadership positions into scoutbook after the youth turned 18yo for the purpose of verification for the eagle rank application.

The reason this is being done after the 18th birthday is because the scouts old trooop did not use scoutbook, they used Troopmaster.

The youth has turned in their eagle rank application to council on time.

I am needing to enter in:

Chaplin aid 5/5/25 - 11/5/25

Scribe 9/29/24 - 5/5/25

Can anyone help me?

@BethSchulman Currently you cannot enter dates outside of the units registration. For Verification Council can get around this.

As far as the Eagle Application - it can just be manually filled in
