Error for 1 cub scout adventure entry

I cannot get an adventure entered or any of the individual requirements for 1 cub scout, but the same adventure was awarded smoothly for other scouts. The adventure shows Error There are user adventure requirements for given userid and versionid - userid: 11905257- versionid: 50.
If I try to enter an individual requirement I get Error HTTP POST on resource ‘https://coreapipd……website I can’t get to in time to copy… failed with status code 409.

Thank you for responding! When I did the reset (selected ctrl + shift + R in Chrome), ‘Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement’ showed up under the left hand full adventure entry and ‘disabled’ under the right hand side individual requirement entry.

This is a known error. The developers are working on a solution.
