When trying to use Scoutbook Plus to update and approve Cub Scout adventure requirements (Tiger - Team Tiger adventure), I am encountering an error, whether when trying to sign off on one requirement, or multiple via Quick Entry.
I get the below error when editing one scout (either for individual requirements, or using Quick Entry):

HTTP POST on resource 'https://coreapipd.netbsa.org:443/api/advancements/users/13808796/adventures' failed: internal server error (500).
And this error when trying to use Bulk Entry for multiple scouts:
Error
There was an error updating one or more requirements, try again later.
Are others observing this error? Please help?

Is the Scout in a Tiger den? On the roster to the right of the Den name for this Scout does it say Tiger?
@edavignon Yes, he is. I have signed off requirements for him before; this is a new error
Is this particular adventur set to the 2024 version?

Which Scout (BSA Member ID only, no names) and which requirement(s) are failing? The developers are trying to reproduce the error.
I am having the same issue with an AOL scout when trying to enter requirements 2, 4, 5, and 7 for the AOL Bobcat adventure.

I just tried again, and managed to screenshot the error message box:
It saved the comments I was putting in earlier, but not the fact of completion/approval.
@ErinHack yeah really need to see the process not the error so we can tell how to reproduce it
I get the same error when I am trying to record completion of an AOL adventure. Can record the Citizenship for all others in the den, and can record other requirements/adventures for the scout in question, but cannot record either of the Citizenship requirements or the adventure for one scout.

Please make sure the dropdown in the upper right shows your leadership position and not parent/guardian.

Reproduction stepsā¦ this issue can be encountered in several ways.
1) WHEN ATTEMPTING BULK ENTRY VIA UNIT QUICK ENTRY:
From Scoutbook, navigate to Den, then click Quick Entry > Enter Adventure. Redirect to Scoutbook Plus. In Scoutbook Plus, from Unit Quick Entry - Adventures screen, select Rank (Tiger), Adventure (Team Tiger), and Version (Current - 2024). Click Apply. Select scout (SB User ID: 13808796, BSA Member ID: 141060481). Select All adventure requirements. Enter completion date. Mark as approved. Click Apply. Confirm selection in dialog, and click Submit. Encounter Error 1 (see screenshot attached) - āError There was an error updating one or more requirements, try again later.ā.
2) WHEN ATTEMPTING INDIVIDUAL ENTRY VIA QUICK ENTRY:
In Scoutbook Plus, select a Scout (SB User ID: 13808796, BSA Member ID: 141060481). Then select an Adventure not yet completed (Team Tiger). Confirm requirements version (2024 (Current)). Click Quick Entry in top right. Select all requirements to Complete and Approve. Enter Completion date. Encounter Error 2 (see screenshot attached) āError HTTP POST on resource āhttps://coreapipd.netbsa.org:443/api/advancements/users/13808796/adventuresā failed: internal server error (500).ā
3) WHEN ATTEMPTING INDIVIDUAL ENTRY BY INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS:
In Scoutbook Plus, select a Scout (SB User ID: 13808796, BSA Member ID: 141060481). Then select an Adventure not yet completed (Team Tiger). Confirm requirements version (2024 (Current)). For individual requirements listed, Enter Completion date and check āMark as Approved/Recordedā. Click Save. Encounter Error 2 (see screenshot attached) āError HTTP POST on resource āhttps://coreapipd.netbsa.org:443/api/advancements/users/13808796/adventuresā failed: internal server error (500).ā
4) WHEN ATTEMPTING INDIVIDUAL ENTRY BY SIGNING OFF ON FINAL COMPLETION:
In Scoutbook Plus, select a Scout (SB User ID: 13808796, BSA Member ID: 141060481). Then select an Adventure not yet completed (Team Tiger). Confirm requirements version (2024 (Current)). On left side of screen, enter Final Completion date and check āMark as Approved/Recordedā. Click Save. Encounter Error 3 (see screenshot attached) āError System Errorā
