Trying to enter adventures for Cub Scouts/Pack - Keep getting the ERROR message listed above. I have refreshed and restarted the browsers. Still getting error message

*2) Operating system: Windows 10
*3) Browser: Chrome and Firefox
4) Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome) not cleared. I have restarted and refreshed
*5) New Birth of Freedom
