ATTENTION: Error Updating Cub Scout Adventures

If you are getting an error updating Cub Scout Adventures please include the following:

  1. BSA Member ID (no names) of the Scout(s) you were trying to update
  2. Name of failing adventure and if the failure occurred trying to update requirements and/or the overall adventure.
  3. Did you use Quick Entry or go directly to the adventure page - if so did you directly enter requirements or use the Individual Quick Entry on that page
  4. Error message (screen shot or retype the error)

I am having a hard time entering the adventures. I used quick entry and not all of the scouts I put in were recorded. Then I went individually and it still didn’t work. Why is this still happening when the maintenance that was done yesterday said that issue was resolved and working now? What can I do to get them into scoutbook correctly? I am keeping a record for who and what the cubs did in the meantime.

@AndreaTimm

Because apparently the fix that was released did not fix everything. This is why I requested BSA Member IDs, the failing adventure(s) and error for things that are still failing today. The developers need this information to investigate the problem.

The adventure is “My family” for webelos. And the Member ID’s that didn’t record are 137156143, 140677557, 137387319, 137187098

The error says Invalid value “undefined” for uri for parameter userID. expected type Integer found: string

@AndreaTimm can you post a screenshot of the error please

  1. 140381477
  2. Paws for Action - trying to enter requirement 4 only.
  3. From the adventure page, not using quick entry

If I use Quick entry from the roster screen instead, I get this message:

If I use quick entry from the individual adventure page instead, I get this message:

  1. 140367005
  2. Tiger Bites and Team Tiger
  3. tried both
  4. error stated: ‘https://coreapipd.netbsa.org:443/api/advancements/users/13260873/adventure (got cut off) requirements’ failed: bad request (400) (can;t get the screen shot to load)

I am having the exact same issue

I am happy to include member ids when I’m not in a time crunch, but every single Lion required adventure has given me an error both with quick entry and individual.

@GarrettGreen good data - thanks will pass this one

I am having the same issue.

Submitted a Unit Quick entry for requirements 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 for Council of Fire Wolf Adventure badge on 12/10.

Scout IDs where the requirements were NOT recorded: 140322491, 140237225, 140379910.

Subsequent tries to record the requirements for these Scout IDs have failed. Tried over multiple days as individual requirement entries, quick entry or unit quick entry, multiple browsers, and clearing the cache. This is the common error that pops up.

The Scout IDs that have been recorded either as a Unit Quick Entry or Individual Quick Entry are: 141009533, 140311414, 140296549, 141116811, 141192140, 140334865, 141058375, 140978063, 141066318, 140360055, 140292225, 140999251, 140309767

I’m having the same issue with a cub when both myself and the den leader are trying to record two Lion advancements

I cannot enter any adventure requirements for my scouts. I have been getting this error since at least Wednesday:
