yes, I did those steps

they are showing as current merit badge-- they even tried to assign themselves to someone in their troop and could not put as the counselor

@JanetJuricic Try searching based on the MBC’s e-mail address. You can leave the other fields blank.

Be sure to check “Include MBC Only”.

@JeremyPyne This MBC had a duplicate Scoutbook account issue. This should be fixed.

Try searching for the MBC by going to:

[Scout]'s Connections

and be sure to check “Include MBC Only”

@JeremyPyne @JanetJuricic - I just tested searching for MBC under the connections for several of my scouts and it found the MBC I was searching for. I did this with several scouts and several MBC
 no issues finding the MBC.
