Error setting up scoutbook account

My daughter is in a brand new girls troop and we were trying to get her scoutbook account setup, but she accidentally entered the wrong email when creating the account (she left out a letter). She can’t access the current account, can’t create a new one, and can’t reset the password since it isn’t linked to an actual email. Is it possible to correct the email or delete the account so she can create a new one? The member ID is 14122387. If the email can be corrected I can send that in a private message. Thank you!

The correct email is (removed by moderator). She left out the j when she created it. I don’t know what databases you’re referring to.
