I have a Scout that just earned star rank, however, Scoutbook won’t let me marked it as complete because it says he has not completed enough merit badges even though it shows that section with the four required merit badges and the two optional merit badges as completed. How do I fix this?
Can you post a screen shot of just Req 3? What is the Scout’s Star Board of Review date?
Thank you, the issue turned out to be the dates, I updated all requirements to be signed off at the same day as the Scoutmaster conference which was Monday, October 13th and then kept the 14th for the Board of review, and for some reason it was accepted this time without any issues about the merit badges. Enjoy your day.
