I am trying to update 2 Cub Scouts to complete Webelos Walkabout. I have tried 3 different browsers and keep getting the error that it is unable to update the requirement. How can I get this corrected?
Are you sure the correct version of the adventure is selected?
The most common causes are that the scouts aren’t assigned to the a den of the correct rank (or to a den at all), or that the wrong version/year of a rank has been selected.
I am selecting the 2024 version, both scouts are assigned to a Webelos den. User IDs are 140771081 and 14565343. Thank you for the help!
@CatherineAxel it kind of looks like 140771081 is on the old Webelos RANK version -can you check that
Thanks. They were both on the old rank requirements. Is there a way to update all the Webelos in that den to the 2024 requirements or do I need to do it individually?
After updating both to 2024 Webelos requirements, I still get the same error. One Webelos is now manually complete on the adventure and the other (081) is not - I entered the old adventure by mistake and can’t clear it.

Update - I was able to remove the completed date on desktop and quick entry worked when I tried again. Might have just needed time to update the Webelos requirements version on the backend. Thank you for the help!
