I am trying to updated our Scoutbook Cub Records and I am having problems with the Webelos rank. Bobcat is missing from Required and Race Time is missing from Electives. How do I input information when the options aren’t there?
Where are you doing this? You posted in the “My Scouting Tools” forum, but are you working in classic Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting), Scoutbook+ (advancements.scouting) or are you using the red Scouting app? It’s hard to provide much guidance unless we know what interface you’re working in.
Hi sorry, I didn’t know there were any active other than Scoutbook+. Thats’ what I am using.
You might need your pack leadership to upgrade your permissions.
I am the advancement chair and can update everything else. I can even update THIS cub’s records. However, these 2 are not listed.

Yes, he was on 2022 requirements. When you mentioned the current year, I searched the page for the toggle switch and changed it. It works now. I don’t know why he came up in the 2022 year stuff but you fixed the problem. THANK YOU!!

@MelissaNicolaysen- my pleasure.. i have found that if they had started work in the prior version then it will stay there.. but really glad it was ablet o be to fixed.

The developers are trying to determine how the Scout got back on the 2022 version of Webelos. Can you post the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names) so they can investigate.
