Error when trying to do Quick Entry for partial merit badge

Quick Entry appears to work, but when I go to submit, I continue to get an error (over the past 3 weeks). I am using Chrome. Any suggestions?

@TaraEschenfelder your Key 3 Delegate and therefore Unit Admin positions ended - that is likely the cause. The unit can give you the positions again to resolve it

I’m having this same issue. I checked and I’m still listed as the Advancement Chair. Any ideas on the issue?

Might need a screenshare to see it from one of you. Try an incognito/private window first to see if that solves it - I cannot reproduce the issue

I didn’t put in a note and it still gave me the same error.

This sounds like one or more of the Scouts may have an open Pack membership in Scoutbook. If you post the Scouting America Member IDs (no names) we can look.

Unfortunately that was not the issue. All 3 are only in the troop. Thanks for providing the data so we could check.

Thanks for checking! Could this be due to the migration from Scoutbook to Scoutbook Plus?

@CaseyPowell kind of wondering on the version of MB they are on - as the dates I see do not make sense - I can setup a screenshare to take a look

I’m hoping this will resolve itself after the migration. There isn’t a huge rush to get these in so I’ll see if it resolves itself in a few days and if not, I’ll check back.
