In Scoutbook Plus. Trying to use Unit Quick Entry to update Merit Badges. More often than not it glitches. It’ll show my Scouts on the left but no requirements on the right. This has happened many many times today - 9/16/25 as recent as 4:40pm EST. It’s happened about 20 times as I’ve been trying to manually input all our partial MBs from Troopmaster.

That looks like a cache issue. Try an incognito window or clear your cache

So for what it’s worth, first I cleared my browser history. Still kept hanging up. Then I opened a private incognito window to do the Unit Quick Entry and every other time it doesn’t display all the information and I have to refresh my page. Arrgh

@NicoleAllen3 - what browser are you using ?

First I tried Chrome. Then I switched to Edge since that’s what my local council told me to do. Then I went back to Chrome, installed the extension and tried that, but that extension wasn’t helping. So I went back to Edge, then cleared browser, then tried Incognito window.

Kept hanging up like that multiple times regardless of browser.

However, I just finished manually entering about a gazillion different partial merit badges so now I’m done. But boy, that was PAINFUL

@NicoleAllen3 - i have my browsers set to delete cookies and cache on close which helps with many issues of stale site data. I am primarily a firefox user but use chrome for the feature assistant.
