Error when trying to open merit badge to print blue card

I’m trying to print blue cards for my son’s merit badges. For 2 of the badges, I get the following error:

Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.

BSA ID 133296374

Merit badges giving error: Citizenship in the Community (12/8/21), and Signs, Signals, and Codes (12/7/21)

Please help to investigate and fix this bug.

There is a known error with the Scout’s MB page. Go to your son’s Reports page in Legacy Scoutbook to print Blue Cards.

How do I do that? Where do I find the legacy Scoutbook information?

Log in to Legacy Scoutbook (http://scoutbook.scouting.org) go to My Dashboard, click on your Scout’s name then click on Reports.

I only see a way to print incomplete merit badges from here. Where do I find where you can print the blue card from?

It used to be there. :frowning:

Try going to Reports from the Troop page.

Okay, managed to get the 2 we needed off the Troop page reports option. Thank you!
