Error when turning off Scout Life subscription

My Scouting Tools Internet Recharter

While working on my Pack’s recharter, I was trying to update Scout Life subscription for a couple of scouts. When I click on the button for Scout Life, I get an error at the top that says “Missing JWT Token”.

Please assist in allowing this update.

Are you trying to remove it for someone who had prepaid for 2023? Could you provide the member number of the scout you are removing it from?

Also, might be worth trying again as their were some hardware issues last night and this morning that have been corrected.

I have a leader that is getting the same error message for the same reason. Youth member is not prepaid. Help?

I’m having the same issue. Is there an answer to the question “What is Missing JWT Token?”

I must say that the old recharter systme was a little more intuitive
