Im getting an error with a parent when trying to link them to their Cub. I searched for them and they showed up having an account so I selected them and after clicking “Invite” a popup comes up asking for Gender, Name, Email. Any suggestions?
This sounds like it make be a case where the Scoutbook data was not completely imported from other databases. If you post the BSA Member ID (no names) we can investigate.
The systems work best if the Council registrar uses Registrar Tools to look up the Scout and parent then connect them using the Relationship Tab. 24 hours later the Scout and Parent will be connected in Scoutbook.
Both Cubs have the same adult I’m trying to link and getting the same error.

What is BSA # of the adult?
Im not sure. I searched him with name, email, city/state. and he came up. You can see him in the screenshot I posted.

I send this to developers - it is rather odd
