Link Parent to Cub Scout

Hi! I have a parent that is unable to connect to his son in Scoutbook. He has an account I can see on my end, but I’m unable to tell if it’s the one he’s using to actually login. He says that the Scoutbook invites I send him don’t actually take him to anything he can use to connect.

Son’s BSA ID is 13865925 and Dad’s BSA ID is 13856237. Help please. :slight_smile:
