Hello! I have a parent who cannot access her child’s info through scoutbook. Her child is not linked to her account. Her BSA ID is 13849738 and her Child’s BSA Member # is 137278312 and his UserID is 11836263. Can someone help? Thanks!
A unit admin can make the connection.
And yes they are already connected as parent/child - the parent has never logged in
Okay thanks @DonovanMcNeil I wonder if she’s logging into the my.scouting.org instead of scoutbook. I’ll try to sit down with her and get her to login soon. Thanks for the help!
