Are the event email reminders not working today? When I go into the events, they say the reminders were sent, but they have not.

I have been having the same problem since April 18, 2025. Please advise! Looking forward to a solution!

Every event has a ## in the URL - might make investigation easier if you posted it - EX /calendar/event/6359324

Internet Advancement This is one of the activities we did that had reminders set. SB shows that the reminders were sent, but no one received them.

Also, asap reminders are working - we’re now doing them for all of our events since the set reminders aren’t working.

Reminders didn’t go out for our Committee meeting tonight nor a den meeting scheduled for tomorrow. We have them scheduled to send 2 days and one hour in advance.

We are also having this issue since 4/29/25.

@BrookCook - it is a system issue.. so it would impact everyone most likely

That makes sense. I wasn’t sure if there was an issue that only affected some or all, so figured I’d add our problem start date, lol.

Let me ask the One obvious question from the DEVs - have you checked Junk folder
