Event Email Reminders not working

Are the event email reminders not working today? When I go into the events, they say the reminders were sent, but they have not.

Was this a send asap or a scheduled reminder?

It was a scheduled reminder. By the way, is the problem with the ASAP reminders fixed yet?

What problem with asap reminders?

As MattWeiss mentioned, the scheduled reminders haven’t been working correctly. In SB they show as having been sent, but not everyone is receiving them. Example - we had an event this morning. The day-ahead reminder (yesterday) is showing as having been sent, but while our SM received it, I didn’t. The day-of reminder (today) is showing as having been sent but wasn’t received by anyone. (And no, the notices didn’t go to spam folders). I did receive a reminder today for an event a week from now. So it’s hit or miss.

I was instructed by someone on this forum not to use the ASAP reminders because they don’t go to everyone.

@MattWeiss - the reminder of any type is supposed to be sent to all who are on the invite list. They will not be sent to those NOT on the list. You could do test emails to see who is not receiving

Update from my first post - we had another activity today, and neither the day-before nor the day-of scheduled reminders went out, despite SB saying they had. Any idea why this is happening?

Every event has a ## in the URL - might make investigation easier if you posted it - EX /calendar/event/6359324

This is one of the activities we did that had reminders set. SB shows that the reminders were sent, but no one received them.

Also, asap reminders are working - we’re now doing them for all of our events since the set reminders aren’t working.

Reminders didn’t go out for our Committee meeting tonight nor a den meeting scheduled for tomorrow. We have them scheduled to send 2 days and one hour in advance.

That makes sense. I wasn’t sure if there was an issue that only affected some or all, so figured I’d add our problem start date, lol.
