Event emails to act like a standard calendar invite

The calendar and event section should function just like a regular calendaring system (Outlook, GMAIL, iCloud, etc.). It should send emails out as a calendar invitation for invitees to respond Yes/No/Maybe. As like a standard calendar system, it would then add to that person’s personal calendar and then the response tracking would go back into calendar entry. Thus not requiring parents/youth to engage in another workflow to login, find the event, click into it, and finally find their name to click the response. This appears to be the low adoption to RSVP responses in my observation of a local Troop and Pack.

Those functions are in the RSVP section of the recommended upgrades to the calendar system. When the calendar system will be addressed by BSA Development has not been released.
