When an event is created in the calendar and reminders are created. When the reminder is mailed the time of the event has changed from the original time. So if the original time was 6:30 to 8:00 when the reminder email is sent the time is changed to 7:00 to 8:30 or 7:30 to 9:00. It is confusing to parents. anyone know how to correct?

When you get the reminder emails, does it say the timezone after the time of the event? If not, I suspect your unit’s timezone did not get set. You’ll need to email email@example.com. Include you unit info, including the “UnitID=” from the URL when you are on your unit page in Scoutbook.
We had to do a Help ticket because our Time zone was not set up… Easy fix.
