Exclude Scouts who completed a Merit Badge

I would like a slight change to the Report Builder. It’s a great tool to show what MB requirements that a Patrol or Troop have completed. I would like to have a checkbox to exclude Scouts who have completed the Merit Badge from the report.

There’s something similar in the Incomplete Merit Badges report. The tabular format used in Report Builder lets me scan across the Scouts to see clusters of requirements that need to be completed quickly.
