Expired membership no longer visible to pack and not linked to parent's account in my.scouting

I have a scout with a membership that expired on 12/31/2024 that is no longer visible to the pack and when his father logs in to my.scouting.org and attempts to renew, he(the scout) does not show up linked to the father’s account. How can this be fixed so that the account is associated with the father’s account and he can renew his membership.

@MichaelBur it should be still connected to father - but might not be visible as there is no membership - the scout is out of the grace period, it will probably take a New application - I would talk to council for advise

@DonovanMcNeil Thanks so much for your prompt reply and possible resolutions. I have hit or miss luck hearing back from council over the years - who should I reach out to - would that be the Registrar? Or someone else? Thanks again!
