Edit Profile
Scoutbook assigns each user a unique Scoutbook UserID . This numeric value is often needed to investigate issues but was hard to find. The UserID has been added to the Edit Profile screen below the BSA MemberID as a read only field. The SUAC or others providing support may request the UserID to uniquely identify the Scoutbook account with the problem. This value is NOT the login ID, it is only an internal Scoutbook identifier.
