In an attempt to get off the blacklist and get e-mail flowing reliably again, Scoutbook accounts with the following characteristics have been set to No E-Mail:
- Any adult accounts with NO current BSA registrations and NO connections to youth accounts as Parent/Guardian or Other Family Member
- Any youth accounts with NO current BSA registrations and NO connections to any adults
Users can enable their e-mail again by logging in to Scoutbook and navigating to My Account → E-Mail and turning the Messaging Opt-Out slider to the left so the background is gray.
