I have a Lion parent that is trying to login to scoutbook, when logging into Scoutbook it gives an error saying “please login using your my.scouting username and password”. I had him hit “forgot password” but nothing came through. I also had him try logging into my.scouting.org but that also says incorrect username and/or password. He clicked on “forgot password” there and nothing came through again.

I am having the same issue this morning, along with messages and RSVPs not going through.
The messages not coming through issue has been reported to IT. They are looking into it.
BSA IT reports the e-mail issue has been resolved.
