Forgot Password not working

I have a Lion parent that is trying to login to scoutbook, when logging into Scoutbook it gives an error saying “please login using your my.scouting username and password”. I had him hit “forgot password” but nothing came through. I also had him try logging into but that also says incorrect username and/or password. He clicked on “forgot password” there and nothing came through again.

I’ve sent you a private message so we can look into it.

I am having the same issue this morning, along with messages and RSVPs not going through.

You could try using the BOT - just tell it you forgot password

The messages not coming through issue has been reported to IT. They are looking into it.

BSA IT reports the e-mail issue has been resolved.
