Former adults not being removed

I was under the impression that Scoutbook would auto-remove adults who were no longer members.

I have discovered that, for example, someone with the Troop Admin role, whose membership expired in 2021, still had that Troop Admin role. I also found that someone who we did not recharter, and whose only Scoutbook role was Assistant Scoutmaster, was still in Scoutbook.

I only discovered this when carefully reviewing the list of people an email was about to go to.

This has recently been reported to the developers

@ArenCambre It does not auto remove adults for 2 reasons: 1 Units/Councils make registration mistakes. 2. Some registered adults help in SB Units they are not registered to.

Is simple to end the positions then run Clean Old Connections.
