Former Committee Chair Still Receiving "You have Leads!" Emails

Our former committee chair (member id 13502144) is still receiving “You have Leads!” emails and would like to stop receiving those.

I am a COR Delegate and shifted her from Committee Chair to Unit Scouter Reserve on 8/16/24 (my member ID is 9759877). Her committee chair position on the my.scouting roster is showing expired with a date of 7/31/24. In Position Manager, her name still shows in the Committee Chair position as grayed out and hovering over it shows “This membership has expired.”

@LawrenceOverway - do you have a new CC ? I think that the COR themself has to move someone into that spot. Perhaps reach out to council if the COR can not place someone in the CC position.

That user might have the functional role of registration inquiry or something - key 3 can check my.scouting roster

I think it’s because of the grace period.

I am Cubmaster and COR Delegate. 13502144 is only in Unit Scouter Reserve and not in any other positions under Registered Positions or Functional Roles.

How long is the grace period?

I believe the grace period is 60 days.

Cannot recall if there is something on Unit Pin

Thank you both for replying, but this doesn’t resolve the issue. What’s the solution?
