Hi. I’m trying to generate and submit an Advancement Report to purchase items at the Scout Shop, but the “Generate Report” button is greyed out. Also, I’m not sure if it is related, but when I go to the Reports section of the site, it is blank. There are no reports listed. Thanks in advance for your help!
I do not think you have the correct credentials to access that - if you are Unit Advancement Chair a Key 3 needs to go to my.scouting.org > unit > Position Manager > and give you role of UAC
